To help you quickly match products, you are provided with an Auto Map Tool. This tool is accessed by selecting "Customer Requests" on the left panel on your main dashboard. To use the Auto Map button, select a Customer from the Customer Column and click Auto Map, the system will then attempt to match up your customer requests to your own products, based on GTIN and product codes. It will not affect any products that you have already mapped.
Once the mapping is complete, you will be presented with a report on which products were
successfully able to map, any products not able to be mapped will need to be manually linked by
using the manual mapping tool (See Article 'Manually Mapping Products').
To view only unmapped products, hit the Unmapped button at the top left of the grid.
